China's main challenge in China is:
1. China lacks a large number of professionals who are native in English. Outsourcing is high for language. Take India as an example, although the British colonial brings a lot of suffering to the Indian people, it has left English in India. Now, the University of India can deliver two million English graduates to society every year. It's so, university graduates have to enter India's service outsourcing industry, and they have to compete with intense competition. In India's call center, the best choice generally only need for dozens of hours of speech and (accent neutralization) training, you can eliminate the Indian aconity, so that American customers can't feel and talk to him is a foreigner. And this is hard to do for the Chinese. Even if you recruit such talents, I am afraid that it is difficult to keep people in the usual work treatment.
2. China's accounting, law, finance, etc. are different from the United States. Therefore, when you get out of your outsourcing, it also involves reproduction of personnel expertise.
3. The Chinese government has not yet issued a corresponding policy. India gave a lot of encouragement policies in this regard. For example, an outsourcing service industry income tax driven by IT industry is free of charge; BPO imported capital goods free of charge.
4. China's experience in BPO is almost zero. With the rapid development and maturity of the global BPO market, whether China can effectively play the advantage or a question mark.
At the same time as challenges, China has its own huge advantage:
1. The China Political Bureau is stable and the economy continues to develop rapidly. Good investment is good, one of the countries that absorb most foreign investment in the world. Nearly 450 China's largest 500 multinational companies have been invested in China, and some companies have established regional headquarters in China. At present, more than 600 R & D institutions established by foreign investment, high-tech industries and service trade are becoming a hot spot for foreign investment.
2. Have a large number of professional and technical talents, and the reserves of talents are quite large.
3. Low cost. Whether in human resources, or in energy, infrastructure, China has a big advantage.
4. Have a good infrastructure, especially in telecommunications, transportation.
