Introduction to the founder of PowerDesigner
My name is Wang Xiaoyu. In 1978, I got in Peking University. I only got up for three months. In 1979, I went to France. In 1986, I graduated in Paris after graduating from University, working on the development and design of software at the time. In the work, I always wanted to find a good modeling design tool, but didn't. I would like to develop such software myself, so I started to develop in 1988, I have developed the first version in 1989, called AMC * Designor, sold in France, and it is very good. At that time, all the software I was in the company used the tool I develop until now it is in use. Later, continued to develop and improve this product, and expand the market to the United States, started in the US in 1991, and the product name is called S-Designor. In 1995, PowerSoft bought our SDP, in the same year, Sybase has also bought the name of PowerDesigner and PowerAmc in the same year. From 1995, I have always been responsible for the design and development of PowerDesigner. I lived in France for 25 years. I am still Chinese.
