Limit a specific IP access database

Previously some documentation said added or modified Protocol.ora files.
It really role in 9i is SQLNET.ORA file, and we modify SQLNET.ORA is actually the best and fastest way.

After restarting the listener
Note where you need to pay attention:
1, tcp.invited_nodes exists with tcp.excluded_nodes, based on tcp.invited_nodes
2, must be licensed or do not disable the server's IP address, otherwise you will not be able to start or stop via LSNRCTL, because the process listener will pass the native IP access listener, and the IP is banned, but through service Starting or shutting does not affect.
3, after modification, must restart listening to take effect without restarting the database
4, any platform can, but only apply to TCP / IP protocol
